Delivery & returns
Delivery across Lebanon
Delivery costs $4 per order. Your estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days. Pay cash when your order arrives. We need your name, phone number and full delivery address.
Returns and refunds
We cannot accept returns for a change of mind or preferences about scent, strength or longevity. Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for a refund.
A problem with your order?
If an unopened fragrance arrives with a clear defect, contact us promptly after delivery. Include your order number, photos and a description of the issue. Keep the bottle unused and contact us before sending anything back. We review each case and explain the next steps. Approved refunds use the original payment method where possible; for cash payments, we arrange the refund with you.
